Wouldn't miss it for anything in the world
Luka Modric has not been ruled out to play in Dortmund. He isn't
suffering from a break, just a strain, and this in principle will not
prevent him from travelling to Germany with the rest of the team. There
is some risk of a relapse, as the period of rest in case like his is
supposed to be one week, but he really does not want to miss the match.Modric has been undergoing treatment at the club's Valdebebas sports complex, where it could be seen that there was no fracture, and this was a relief to the training staff, fearing the worst after he had fallen on the ground on Saturday because of the pain he was feeling.
The other two casualties of the Betis match, Diego López and Benzema, will not have any problems about playing at Dortmund, though Higuain, having more brownie points, is more likely to start than Benzema. There are no uncertainties about who will be between the sticks, nor where Iker Casillas will be watching the game from.
