Bale is confident of move to Real

By on 11:51

Gareth Bale is convinced Real Madrid will be making a move to try and sign him at some stage this summer and although he is not losing his patience he is currently awaiting further instructions.
The player is not going to adopt any measure to pressure his current club Tottenham to sell him; rather he is hopeful the meeting between Daniel Levy and Florentino Pérez will be resolved with an agreement over his transfer, despite the fact that Tottenham coach Andre Villas-Boas is not happy at losing his star player.
There still remain 69 days before the closing of the transfer window and Real Madrid has already resolved many of the operations it had planned. Meanwhile, the Welsh player is up to speed with what is happening at Real Madrid and knows that his transfer will be one of the more complicated.
Bale is attracted by the project being put together at Real. At some stage during the summer the Chairman at Tottenham will meet with the player to discuss his future and it is known that the two enjoy a great relationship. That will be the moment when Bale will state his intention of signing for Real Madrid if there is any possibility at all of that happening. Without making any demands he will simply use the sporting arguments that such a move will mean to him.
