sprained the ligaments in his left ankle, whilst Xavi Hernández made Tata Martino's squad after recovering from a muscle strain to his left leg. Suspended striker Alexis Sánchez
also misses out on the trip to Amsterdam, whilst Víctor Valdés, Jordi
Alba, Dani Alves, Jonathan dos Santos, Ibrahim Afellay, Cristian Tello
and Lionel Messi all remain ruled out through injury.
A coaching decision once again saw striker Isaac Cuenca miss out on a
place in the squad. The squad list includes under-18 player Adama
Traoré and Barça B trio Jean Marie Dongou, Patric Gabarrón and Sergi
Gómez. Martino is taking a total of 19 players to Amsterdam: Pinto,
Oier, Montoya, Piqué, Puyol, Bartra, Mascherano, Sergi Gómez, Sergio
Busquets, Song, Xavi, Iniesta, Cesc, Sergi Roberto, Patric, Pedro,
Neymar, Adama and Dongou.
