Speaking to the media after Wednesday's last-four second leg at Anoeta, the Spain international also took the opportunity to look ahead to facing Real Madrid in the final, likely to be played at the Mestalla on 19 April.
Form: "I don't know if we're back in our stride, but we certainly put in a good performance against a good team. Now we’re coming into the most attractive part of the season, three months ahead of us in which we're alive in all three competitions."
Final: "I'm sure that there won’t be as much tension in the final against Real Madrid as the one we played at the Mestalla in 2011. It'll be a great final, closely contested, between two historic clubs. We'll be out to win it, which we didn’t manage to do three years ago; finals are all about getting the win."
Consistency: "We have to keep up this level in every game, because every match that we have left is a cup final and at this stage of the season there's no room for error.”
