Jaume Roures, the owner of the Spanish communications group 'Mediapro', is to appear in court on Friday to testify on behalf of his company in its case of industrial espionage against Sandro Rosell and Barcelona.
The man at the heart of the case is former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell, who was allegedly behind the theft of hundreds of personal emails sent or received by Roures.
Mediapro has taken its criminal case to a Barcelona court where Sandro Rosell stands accused of the crimes of continuously divulging business secrets, of invading Jaume Roures' privacy and of theft.
According to Mediapro the events in question took place between 2009 and October 2011. Carles Raventós, the former director of FC Barcelona basketball, Robert Cama, FC Barcelona, Bonus Sport Marketing and Socktel Servicios Informáticos also stand accused in the case.
