Barça: Exodus?

The full list of possible departures from the Azulgrana ranks next season is as yet unknown. That said, Valdés, Puyol, Abidal, Villa and Alexis, amongst others, are on a list that includes some of the biggest and best from the club's golden era.
First on the list is Carles Puyol himself - the eternal Culé captain and the man who lifted three of Barça's four European Cups - although in 2011 he handed the honour to Eric Abidal - whose future could be at AC Milan.
The departure of Barça's best-ever goalkeeper, Victor Valdés, is a given. The goalie has already made clear his intention to leave the club when his contract ends (June 2014). Meanwhile, it's a matter of waiting to see if the club decides to sell him this summer.
Another name on the list is David Villa, who joined the club in 2010 after a €40 million transfer from Valencia. Despite shining on several occasions - such as when he scored against Manchester United in the Champions League final in 2011 - Villa has lacked the consistency necessary to show-case his great goal-scoring talent.
Or Alexis Sánchez, who signed with Barça in 2011 for a €37 million fee from Italian club, Udinese, and hasn't lived up to expectations.
And last but not least, Eric Abidal. Having successfully overcome a serious illness, the player may decide to continue his career with a less demanding club in the future.
