The Argentine striker had seven shots on goal - six of which were on target – and lost 18 balls. It was not the Argentine's best game and that played a huge part in Barcelona's performance on the night.
Messi has barely got out of third gear all season. With the league title up for grabs, everybody linked with the Catalan giants is hoping that their Argentine star will bring his A-game for the game against Atlético, because his team really need him.
