Barring a miracle, we're all set for a Barça v Sevilla final

By on 14:22

Another Copa del Rey semi-final, and another comprehensive victory as the second of the ties is all but done and dusted after the first leg. Following on from Barça's 7-0 humiliation of Valencia, Sevilla were the next ones to hand out a thrashing, overcoming Celta Vigo 4-0.

'Los Nervionenses' have virtually assured their place in the final thanks to some enterprising counter-attacking football which proved too hot to handle for the Galicians. French international forward Kevin Gameiro was the pick of the bunch in an excellent Sevilla display.

Berizzo's men were very much in the game right up until Adil Rami's goal on the stroke of half-time, but in the second period the home side produced a masterclass in counter-attacking football which saw Gameiro bag himself a brace - after previously having fluffed a first half penalty - and Danish midfielder Michael Krohn-Dehli round the night off with a fourth.

Celta, who brought on their latest recruit, the Chilean Marcelo Díaz, for his debut in the dying moments (in the place of Daniel Wass), didn't cave in despite the blow of conceding Gameiro's two quick-fire goals, but Fabián Orellana was the only real ray of hope for the visitors.

Barring any major surprises in the return legs, Unai Emery's Sevilla will face Luis Enrique's Barcelona in the Copa del Rey showdown.
