Casillas back training with his teammates
Iker Casillas provided the biggest novelty in Real Madrid's training session at Valdebebas today, Tuesday, in which the players called up for international duty were absent. The 'Los Blancos' and Spain captain returned to work after recovering from fracturing a bone in his left hand during the second leg of the Copa del Rey quarter final against Valencia.
José Mourinho divided the squad into two groups. The goalkeepers Casillas, Diego López, Adán and Jesús worked separately under the orders of the coach Silvino Louro, whilst Morata, Carvalho, Essien and Callejón – the players who were not called up to play for their national teams – trained with Real Madrid C.
